How Can We Confront The Good Versus Evil At The Heart Of Entrepreneurship?

Earlier this year, Google removed its famous “don’t be evil” motto from the preface to its code of conduct. That’s too bad, because the phrase captures the ever-present temptation that confronts every entrepreneur. The temptation comes built in to the fundamental principle of entrepreneurship: Make customers so happy that they gladly give you money in return.
